Social Media Strategy Content Plan Creation Ads Campaign
Challenge
Appetite Creative was faced with the challenge of managing Scentropy’s social media channels in order to grow brand awareness around the startup and ultimately drive followers to Scentropy’s online shop. The goal was also to instill the brand’s tone of voice, personality, and core values through the content created and shared.

Solution
Our strategy to achieve Scentropy’s objectives? An Appetite Creative Solution; combining the creation of sale-focused, yet engaging content for all of Scentropy’s digital channels. This was implemented with a campaign during the Christmas sales season, supported by Social Media Ads, as well as Google Ads. The coordination between Appetite’s copywriting and social media teams and Scentropy’s marketing department, was constant and one of the key factors for the success of the social media strategy. The content included: monthly presentations of selected perfumers, fragrance related quotes, Christmas present ideas, Instagram reels produced by Appetite Creative, and tagging competitions to drive engagement and increase followers.
Results
The new content and consistency of Scentropy on social media was well received by their target audience, and brought many new followers to their pages. Combining Facebook and Instagram, Scentropy welcomed more than 380 new followers during the period that Appetite managed their channels, which represents a rocket increase of 436% and 303% in the number of followers respectively.
The average engagement and impressions of Scentropy’s posts on both channels increased during the period Appetite helped implement a new social media strategy. Average impressions were 860+ on each platform, while each post engaged an average of 100 followers, turning Scentropy’s digital presence into one of their main assets.
